Day 1: Bukhara - Toprakkala - Kyzykkala - Ayazkala – Khiva 

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet the guide. Drive to Khiva. Visit Toprakkala, the earliest capital of Khorezm, which means "Clay Fortress", where the first examples of city layouts were discovered, proving the existence of statehood in the fourth century A.C. Furthermore, this location is significant since it is where the first recorded sources of Khorezm, a calendar, and plaster statuettes of singers were discovered. Continue to Kizilkala, Along the route, visit one of the Oasis' garrison fortresses. The "Red Fortress" got its name from the color of the clay. Visit Ayazkala, One of the more important oasis strongholds, consisting of three components. To protect against assaults by nomads from the north, fortresses were built around the oasis's borders. This stronghold is one of the most distant, yet it is also one of the best ordered and fortified. The name of the fortification means "Severe Frost Fortress". Only by coming in the winter can you appreciate why it was so named, because the steppe cold is one of the most severe.Transfer to hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
