Day 1 Almaty

Arrive in Almaty, transfer to the hotel. Free time.  Dinner at local restaurant .Overnight at Dream Hote  - a 3-star hotel

Day 2 Almaty

Full day excursion program in Almaty

1.  Panfilov Park The park is a green area of 18 hectares, divided by straight paths and alleys, surrounded with mixed deciduous grove of perennial oaks, elms, aspens, maples, poplars, pines and firs.

2.ZenkovCathedral,.  The historical monument is one of the main sights of the city. Bishops of Turkestan and Tashkent were the initiators of the church construction in the early 19th century

3. Central State Museum. The Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan is one of the largest museums in Central Asia. Its collections were originally displayed. Situated in the heart of Almaty is one of the most prominent collections of cultural and historical Kazakhstan heritage.

4.Republic Square There was the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan located on the hill on the southern part of the square until 1991, and today there is a building of the city akimat (mayor’s office)

4. Chimbulak.  visit the ski resort and ride the cable car to enjoy the amazing views of the snowy peaks of the Tian Shan Mountains

Day 3 Almaty

 Depart Almaty and drive to Charyn Canyon (220km, 3-4h). Charyn Canyon located to the east of Kazakhstan, with an unforgettable view of a huge gorge with cliffs and of various colours and shades. The canyon is a part of the Charyn National Park territory has an opportunity to see the old ash-tree grove, the Castle Valley, one part of 154-meter canyon with cliffs resembling towers. Despite a long way to go, the beauty of the Canyon makes you forget long hours of drive and this sight of nature in Kazakhstan will stay long in your memories. Arrive in Canyon. Have some time for picnic and rest. After that walk along canyon and enjoy its beautiful view. In the afternoon return to Almaty.  Dinner at local restaurant .

Transfer to the Airport to take flight to Tashkent. (10.15 pm-10.55 pm) Arrive in Tashkent, transfer to the hotel.

Day 4 Chimgan - Tashkent

Transfer to Chimgan mountains, en-route enjoying the picturesque views of beautiful mountains and the life of local people. Chimgan Mounts offer many seasonal outdoor activities like skiing, snowboarding, climbing, hiking, and mountaineering.  First stop near Beldersay gorge. Take a ride on chair lift going up to gorge to Kumbel peak (2400 m), where the longest Ski tracks in Uzbekistan has its start. - Have a walk in the mountain area. You will enjoy the breath-taking nature sights of the mountain peak.  Photo stop at Charvak Lake enjoying fresh air beautiful panoramic views of the stunning scenery of Chimgan Mounts.  Have lunch in mountain restaurants in place named "bochka" by local people.

Transfer to the hotel in Tashkent.

Day 5 Tashkent - Samarkand

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the railway station ( 8:03 am – 10:25 am ) to Samarkand.  Meet the guide and driver at the lobby. Full day excursion program in Samarkand

4.Ulugh Beg Observatory The Ulugh Beg Observatory is an observatory in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, built in the 1420s by the Timurid astronomer Ulugh Beg.

6. Siyob Bazaar is the largest bazaar in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. All daily necessities, such as "Samarkand naan", are sold. Day 6 Samarkand - Bukhara

Breakfast at the hotel.  Transfer to the railway station ( 9:44 am – 11:25am  ) to Bukhara. Arrive in Bukhara. Meet the guide and driver at the lobby. Half day excursion program in Bukhara.

 2 Po-i-Kalyan, 'the foot of the great', consists of three structures built in the 12th - 16th centuries

3. The Kalyan Minaret is the central focal point of the Po-i-Kalyan Complex as it stands almost 150 feet above the ground. This is the second iteration of the minaret that is meant to summon Muslims to prayer five times a day, as the first collapsed due to the unstable ground underneath. The ground was fortified and the current minaret was completed in 1127.

4. Ancient Hammam. After a long day spent wandering around Bukhara, treat yourself to a relaxing massage and a scrub at a traditional hammam. Both men and women can visit the Hamman Bozori Kord, one of the oldest working hammams in the world. You can enjoy the steam room and the self-service bath area, and then a traditional massage. It’s a great way to warm up on cold, rainy evenings in Bukhara!

Day 7   Bukhara - Khiva

Breakfast at the hotel.  Drive to Khiva (480 km, 7-8 h.*) following the route of the Great Silk Road (which passed through the Kyzylkum Desert on the way between Bukhara and  Khiva). Stop on the way to enjoy views of the Amudarya River and the desert. Arrive in Khiva in the late-afternoon and check-in to the hotel. Free time to rest or take a walk among Khiva’s ancient buildings.

Day 8 Khiva

1. Ichan-Kala Fortress. Today Itchan-Kala (Ichan Kala) is open-air museum. It is the old part of the city, surrounded with wall and turned into the State Historical Archaeological Museum.

2. Kalta Minor. It amazes with its size and unique design. Foundation of the minaret is 15 meters, diameter at the foundation is 14,5 meters and the height is 29 meters. But this massive tower has only third part of the project height.

3. Islam Khoja complex. It is narrowed upwards, which dates back to the earliest examples of the architecture of the XIV century. The brickwork alternates with bands of glazed patterns on the minaret. The height of the minaret 56.6 meters, diameter of the fundament is 9.5 at the base.

Day 9 Urganch - Tashkent

Breakfast at the hotel.  Transfer to the Airport of Urganch to take flight to Tashkent (9.30 am – 10.50 am). Arrive in Tashkent

1. Amir Timur Square, founded in 1882 and originally called Konstantinovsky Square, was renamed on August 31, 1994, after the Amir Timur to honor the cultural and historical contribution of the great conqueror.

2. Amir Temur Museum the most impressive area of the museum is the central rotunda. A copy of the Quran sits in the center with a vibrantly colored mural behind it. The domed ceiling is painted gold with a fantastic chandelier hanging from the center.

3.The Tashkent tower, Check out the View from the Tashkent Tower. The Tashkent Tower is the 11th tallest tower in the world. The building has an interesting shape, almost like a spacecraft that is getting ready to launch. The entire structure stands 1,230 feet high and the observation deck is 328 feet above the ground.

4.Earthquake Memorial, the composition is devoted to the tragic date of earthquake in Tashkent on April 26, 1966, and is erected in the approximate place of the earthquake epicenter. Residents still come to the monument to honor those people who took a part in the reconstruction of Tashkent;

5.Independence Square, the main square of Uzbekistan reflects the past, present, and future of the country. There are fountains standing for the life energy of Uzbek people, the Cabinet and the Senate, the “Eternal flame" in honor of soldiers who died during the Second World War.

6.Chorsu bazaar – the ancient bazaar of Tashkent. “Chorsu” means “four waters”, symbolically meaning the conjunction of four major parts of the old city in the bazaar where people come for trades.
